Club Development Project
The Club Development Project is a member benefit program available to all ASA affiliated clubs aimed at improving the daily environment the club provides to members. It is a voluntary, collaborative effort between club directors and the ASA Technical Leaderships to review, refine, and align all areas of their youth soccer organization.
Clubs & directors brave enough to interrogate their reality and driven to improve their environments on a daily basis take part in regularly scheduled appointments to work through the ASA Club Assessment Tool. This tool is a modified version of the what is used during US Soccer’s Director of Coaching License. It covers 5 areas:

The goal of the project is to help your club maximize its resources and create optimal development environments for your members. By doing so, we aim to to improve the quality of soccer in our state and, ultimately, our country.
