USYS League Structure -Regional and National Levels of Competition
As an affiliate of US Youth Soccer, teams that participate in our Alabama State League (ASL) play within the USYS league structure. The top teams within ASL earn an opportunity to play in Alabama State Cup as well as USYS Regional and National Events. ASL teams can apply to earn a spot in a higher league to compete within the USYS National League’s Mid-South Conference based on placement within their ASL Division. From there, teams earn qualification for National League P.R.O. which leads to the USYS National Championships.
