ASA utilizes a Virtual Identification (VID) process as part of its background check procedures.
Before You Begin
Please have the following available:
- Your driver’s license
- Your mobile phone
- Your personal information needed for verification
We recommend completing the entire process from your mobile phone. This allows the VID verification process to open directly and makes completing your background check easier.

GotSport → Profile → Requirements
Having Trouble With Your Background Check?
If your background check displays an Error, verify that your Social Security number and date of birth were entered correctly.
